Welcome to CourtStreaks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CourtStreaks mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using CourtStreaks, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not access or use the Services. CourtStreaks is a community-driven basketball platform designed to help players discover courts, participate in basketball challenges, track achievements, compete on leaderboards, and connect with other players. 1. Eligibility You must meet any minimum age requirements applicable in your location to create an account or use the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use CourtStreaks. By using CourtStreaks, you represent that: • You have the legal ability to enter into these Terms. • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • Any information you provide is accurate and truthful. 2. Creating an Account Certain features of CourtStreaks may require an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. • Keeping your login credentials secure. • All activity conducted through your account. You agree not to: • Create an account using false information. • Impersonate another person. • Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes. • Share your account with others in a manner that violates these Terms. CourtStreaks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 3. Community-Driven Court Information CourtStreaks is built around a community-driven ecosystem where players contribute information about basketball courts they visit and play on. Users may contribute information including: • Court names. • Locations. • Photos. • Videos. • Court conditions. • Amenities. • Number of hoops. • Playing surface information. • Other community-generated details. While CourtStreaks works to provide accurate information, court details may change over time. CourtStreaks does not guarantee that all court information is accurate, complete, current, or available. Users should verify court conditions, availability, and applicable rules before participating in activities at any location. 4. User Content CourtStreaks allows users to upload and submit content, including: • Photos. • Videos. • Challenge submissions. • Comments. • Court information. • Profile information. • Other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of any User Content you submit. However, by submitting User Content to CourtStreaks, you grant CourtStreaks a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and process your User Content for purposes including: • Operating and improving the Services. • Displaying content within the application and website. • Creating leaderboards and community features. • Moderating content. • Promoting CourtStreaks and its features. This license allows CourtStreaks to provide the Services while allowing you to maintain ownership of your content. 5. User Content Requirements You are responsible for the content you submit. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that: • You own the content or have permission to use it. • Your content does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights of another person. • Your content does not contain unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading material. You may not upload content that: • Contains illegal activity. • Promotes violence or dangerous behavior. • Harasses or threatens others. • Contains fraudulent challenge submissions. • Attempts to manipulate rankings or rewards. • Violates another person's privacy. CourtStreaks may remove content that violates these Terms. 6. Challenge Submissions and Fair Play CourtStreaks challenges are intended to promote friendly competition and community engagement. Users agree to submit authentic attempts and participate honestly. CourtStreaks may review, reject, remove, or invalidate submissions that appear to: • Be fraudulent. • Be manipulated. • Misrepresent the actual performance. • Violate challenge rules. • Use prohibited methods. CourtStreaks reserves the right to adjust rankings, remove achievements, or modify leaderboard results when necessary to maintain fairness. 7. Verification CourtStreaks may verify submissions using a combination of automated systems and, when applicable, manual review. Verification indicates that a submission met CourtStreaks' verification requirements at the time of review. CourtStreaks reserves the right to reject, remove, or revoke verified submissions if they are later determined to be inaccurate, manipulated, or in violation of the Terms of Service. 8. Leaderboards, XP, Badges, and Rewards CourtStreaks may provide: • Experience points ("XP"). • Badges. • Achievements. • Leaderboard rankings. • Virtual rewards. • Other recognition features. These features are intended for entertainment, motivation, and community engagement. CourtStreaks may modify, reset, remove, or adjust XP, badges, rankings, or other reward systems at any time. Unless specifically stated otherwise, virtual achievements do not represent monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. If CourtStreaks offers physical prizes or promotions, additional rules may apply. 9. Location Services CourtStreaks may use location information to provide features such as: • Finding nearby basketball courts. • Improving court discovery. • Connecting users with local challenges. You may control location permissions through your device settings. CourtStreaks does not guarantee that location information or court proximity information will always be accurate. 10. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Features CourtStreaks may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence technologies, to assist with: • Organizing court information. • Categorizing content. • Improving search results. • Moderating submissions. • Enhancing user experiences. AI-generated information may contain errors. CourtStreaks does not guarantee that automated information is always accurate. 11. Privacy and User Information CourtStreaks respects user privacy. CourtStreaks does not sell user personal information. CourtStreaks does not sell, rent, or provide personal user information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. CourtStreaks may collect and use information necessary to provide and improve the Services, including: • Account information. • User-generated content. • Location information when permission is granted. Information may be shared with trusted service providers that help operate CourtStreaks, such as hosting, database, authentication, security, and payment providers. Intellectual Property The CourtStreaks name, branding, software, design, features, logos, and original content are owned by CourtStreaks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not: • Copy or reproduce CourtStreaks. • Reverse engineer the application. • Use CourtStreaks branding without permission. • Create competing products using CourtStreaks intellectual property. User Content remains owned by the user who submitted it. 13. Third-Party Services CourtStreaks may rely on third-party services including: • Mapping services. • Hosting providers. • Authentication providers. • Payment processors. CourtStreaks is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. 14. Safety and User Responsibility Basketball and athletic activities involve inherent risks. You are responsible for: • Your own safety. • Following posted rules. • Respecting property restrictions. • Using appropriate judgment. • Ensuring equipment and conditions are suitable. CourtStreaks does not guarantee that any court is safe, available, maintained, or suitable for any activity. 15. Disclaimers The Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. CourtStreaks does not guarantee: • The Services will always operate without interruption. • Court information will always be accurate. • Challenges will always function without errors. • Leaderboards or rankings will always be available. • User content will always remain available. 16. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CourtStreaks and its owners, employees, partners, and affiliates are not liable for: • Injuries. • Property damage. • Loss of data. • Loss of profits. • Service interruptions. • User interactions. • Use of basketball courts or facilities. You assume responsibility for your participation in athletic activities. 17. Account Termination CourtStreaks may suspend or terminate accounts that: • Violate these Terms. • Engage in fraudulent activity. • Abuse the Services. • Harm other users or the community. You may stop using CourtStreaks at any time. 18. Changes to These Terms CourtStreaks may update these Terms periodically. Updated Terms will be posted through the Services. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. 19.
