CourtStreaks ("CourtStreaks," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide when using the CourtStreaks mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your choices regarding your information. By using CourtStreaks, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 1. Our Commitment to Privacy CourtStreaks is built around a community-driven basketball ecosystem where players discover courts, participate in challenges, share experiences, and connect with other basketball players. We believe trust is essential to building a strong community. CourtStreaks only uses information necessary to provide the app experience and does not sell or monetize user information. We use information collected through CourtStreaks only to provide and operate the Service, including: • Create and manage user accounts. • Provide leaderboards, challenges, and community features. • Display court information and enable court discovery. • Verify submissions and maintain fair competition. • Maintain the security, reliability, and functionality of the platform. CourtStreaks does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. CourtStreaks does not sell user information. We do not use personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not share user information with third parties except when necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations. 2. Information We Collect The information we collect depends on how you use CourtStreaks. Information You Provide You may provide information including: • Name or username. • Email address. • Profile information. • Profile photo. • Password or authentication information. • Basketball preferences. • Challenge submissions. • Photos and videos. • Court information. • Comments or feedback. 3. Location Information CourtStreaks may use your device location, when you allow location permissions, to find nearby basketball courts and to confirm you are at a court for features such as check-in. CourtStreaks does not permanently store your precise GPS coordinates on your user profile, and does not keep a personal location history of where you were at a given time. When you search for nearby courts, GPS may be used on your device (or briefly processed to return nearby court results) and is not retained as a log of your location. When you play a challenge, check in, or submit a recording, CourtStreaks associates that activity with the basketball court you selected (a court identifier and court name), not a stored pinpoint of your phone’s latitude and longitude. Mapped court locations in the court directory (the location of a basketball court) are separate from your personal location. You may disable location permissions through your device settings. If location permissions are disabled, certain features such as nearby-court search and court check-in may not function properly. 4. Photos and Videos CourtStreaks allows users to upload photos and videos related to: • Basketball courts. • Challenge submissions. • Community activity. When you upload photos or videos: • You retain ownership of your content. • CourtStreaks receives permission to store and display the content to provide and improve the Services. • Other users may be able to view content you choose to share publicly. You should avoid uploading images or videos containing personal information about others unless you have permission to do so. 5. Court Information and Community Contributions CourtStreaks allows users to contribute information about basketball courts, including: • Court names. • Locations. • Photos. • Amenities. • Conditions. • Number of hoops. • Other details. Community-generated information may be combined with publicly available information and automated systems to improve court profiles. Court information may not always be accurate or current. 6. How We Use Information CourtStreaks may use collected information to: Provide Services Including: • Creating accounts. • Showing nearby courts. • Processing challenge submissions. • Maintaining leaderboards. • Awarding XP and badges. Children's Privacy Children Under 13 CourtStreaks is not intended for or directed to children under 13 years of age. CourtStreaks does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information and terminate the account, unless applicable law requires otherwise. CourtStreaks treats this age group as distinct from users 18 and older. Cash contests and paid promotions are open to users 13 and older, subject to the official contest rules. Users ages 13–17: By submitting a streak video for verification and leaderboard eligibility, the user authorizes CourtStreaks to display the submitted video and associated streak information publicly within the CourtStreaks service. 10. Data Security CourtStreaks uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information. However, no online service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and maintaining account security. 11. Your Privacy Choices Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including: • Accessing your information. • Requesting correction of inaccurate information. • Requesting deletion of your information. • Managing certain privacy preferences.
