$1,000 Cash Streak Contest

The CourtStreaks $1,000 Cash Streak Contest (the "Promotion") is sponsored by CourtStreaks ("Sponsor").

The Promotion is open now for streak submissions. Eligible participants may begin recording qualifying streaks immediately upon successful registration. The contest is activated when the 1,000th eligible user successfully registers with CourtStreaks. The Promotion ends 30 days after the 1,000th eligible user registers (the "Promotion Period").

All times are Pacific Time unless otherwise stated.

Prize money will be awarded only if 1,000 eligible app users register with CourtStreaks. Until that threshold is met, the contest is open for submissions and scores will be counted, but the contest is not yet activated for prize payout.

A participant does not need to wait until 1,000 users have registered before beginning to compete. Scores recorded after signup count toward the Promotion even before the contest is activated.

Any eligible person who registers after the 1,000th eligible user is also eligible to compete. Those later registrants simply have less time to participate because the contest closes 30 days after the 1,000th eligible signup.

Only qualifying streaks completed after the participant's successful registration timestamp and before the end of the Promotion Period may count toward the participant's final score.

Sponsor's computer/server records are the official timekeeping records for the Promotion, including the identity and timestamp of the 1,000th eligible registered user and the resulting contest end time.

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

1. Are at least 13 years of age at the time of registration;
2. Are legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of jurisdictions where participation is prohibited;
3. Have a valid CourtStreaks account; and
4. Successfully register for the Promotion before the Promotion Period ends.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of their households are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

The requirement for the contest to pay out prize money is that 1,000 eligible app users must register with CourtStreaks.

The contest is activated when the 1,000th eligible user successfully registers. Activation starts the 30-day closing period described in Section 2.

The 1,000-user threshold is a prize-payout and activation requirement. It is not a cap on eligibility. Eligible users who register after the 1,000th eligible user may compete until the Promotion Period ends.

If 1,000 eligible users do not register, the contest will not be activated and prizes will not be awarded.

Upon successful registration, Sponsor's system may assign each eligible participant a sequential registration number for administrative purposes. Registration numbers do not limit eligibility and do not provide an advantage in determining the winner.

Registration numbers are non-transferable.

If a registration is determined to be fraudulent, incomplete, duplicated, automated, or otherwise invalid, Sponsor may invalidate that registration. An invalidated registration will not count toward the 1,000-user activation threshold.

A participant's eligibility is established at the time the participant successfully registers, provided the registration occurs before the end of the Promotion Period.

To participate:

1. Download or access CourtStreaks;
2. Create a free CourtStreaks account;
3. Complete the required registration information; and
4. Begin recording qualifying shooting streaks through CourtStreaks. Qualifying scores count from the moment the participant successfully registers.

No purchase is necessary.

A participant does not need to purchase a CourtStreaks subscription, merchandise, premium features, or any other product or service to enter or compete in the Promotion.

Purchasing any CourtStreaks product or service will not increase a participant's chances of winning.

A participant may begin competing immediately after successful registration. There is no requirement to wait until 1,000 users have registered.

Eligible users who register after the 1,000th eligible signup remain eligible to compete until the Promotion Period ends.

The Promotion consists of two separate skill-based contests.

A participant may win both contests and may therefore receive a total of $1,000 in prizes.

A participant's opportunity to establish a qualifying score begins immediately after the participant has successfully registered. Scores count toward the Promotion from that moment, including before the contest is activated.

For purposes of determining whether a streak is eligible:

• The participant's registration timestamp is the starting point for eligibility;
• A streak must begin after the participant's registration timestamp;
• A qualifying streak must be completed before the end of the Promotion Period; and
• Only streaks recorded and submitted through the CourtStreaks platform in accordance with the verification requirements will count.

For example, if a participant registers and is confirmed as eligible at 2:15 PM, a qualifying streak beginning at 2:20 PM may count. A streak completed before the participant registered will not count.

The Promotion is a competition based on the skill and performance of the participants.

Winners are determined by the highest verified shooting performance.

No random drawing will be used to determine the winner or winners of either contest.

The number of participants who qualify does not affect the amount of either prize. Prizes will be awarded only if the contest is activated as provided in Section 4.

A free-throw streak consists of consecutive successful free-throw attempts recorded in accordance with CourtStreaks' verification requirements.

A streak begins with a qualifying free-throw attempt and continues until the participant misses a qualifying free throw.

The participant's score is the highest number of consecutive verified made free throws recorded by that participant during the eligible portion of the Promotion Period.

For example, if a participant records verified streaks of 18, 27, 31, and 24 consecutive made free throws, the participant's current score is 31.

If the participant subsequently records 35 consecutive verified made free throws, the participant's score becomes 35.

Only the participant's highest verified streak will count toward the final standings.

A three-point streak consists of consecutive successful three-point field-goal attempts recorded in accordance with CourtStreaks' verification requirements.

Each qualifying three-point attempt must be taken from behind the applicable three-point line and otherwise comply with CourtStreaks' rules.

A streak begins with a qualifying three-point attempt and continues until the participant misses a qualifying three-point attempt.

The participant's score is the highest number of consecutive verified made three-pointers recorded by that participant during the eligible portion of the Promotion Period.

For example, if a participant records verified streaks of 7, 11, and 14 consecutive made three-pointers, the participant's current score is 14.

If the participant subsequently records 18 consecutive verified made three-pointers, the participant's score becomes 18.

Only the participant's highest verified streak will count toward the final standings.

All qualifying shooting attempts must be made on a basketball court with clearly visible, permanent or painted court markings that allow CourtStreaks to verify the required shooting distance.

• Each free throw must be attempted from behind a clearly visible free-throw line.
• The free-throw line must be located at the standard regulation distance from the face of the basketball backboard, approximately 15 feet from the backboard.
• The free-throw line must be clearly visible in the recording and sufficiently distinguishable for CourtStreaks to verify that the participant is shooting from the required location.
• The participant's feet must remain behind the free-throw line when the ball is released.
• Courts with temporary, improvised, or non-standard free-throw lines may be rejected at Sponsor's discretion.

• Each three-point attempt must be made from behind a clearly visible three-point line.
• The three-point line must represent a distance of at least the standard high-school three-point distance from the center of the basket.
• For purposes of this Promotion, the standard high-school three-point distance is approximately 19 feet, 9 inches (19'9") from the center of the basket.
• A court with a three-point line closer than the standard high-school distance will not qualify for the three-point contest.
• The three-point line must be clearly visible in the recording and sufficiently distinguishable for CourtStreaks to verify that each qualifying attempt was made from behind the required line.
• A participant's feet must be behind the three-point line at the time the ball is released. A shot does not qualify if the participant's foot is touching or has crossed the three-point line at release.
• Courts with temporary, improvised, or non-standard three-point lines may be rejected at Sponsor's discretion.

CourtStreaks may use the court's registered location, photographs, video, mapping information, or other available information to verify that the court meets the requirements of this Section.

If CourtStreaks cannot reasonably verify that the required line exists and is located at the required distance, the submission may be rejected.

Sponsor's determination regarding whether a court and shooting attempt satisfy these requirements will be final, subject to applicable law.

Each qualifying streak must be recorded and submitted through the CourtStreaks platform in the manner specified by Sponsor.

Sponsor may require continuous video or other evidence sufficient to verify:

1. The identity of the participant;
2. The location of the participant;
3. The applicable shooting line;
4. The basket;
5. The shots attempted;
6. The shots made and missed;
7. The continuity of the streak;
8. The date and time of the attempt; and
9. That the submission has not been altered or manipulated.

Sponsor may use automated technology, human review, or a combination of both to verify submissions.

Sponsor may reject any submission that cannot be adequately verified.

Eligible participants may make unlimited qualifying attempts during the Promotion Period.

Participants are encouraged to continue attempting to improve their scores throughout the Promotion Period.

A participant's score may increase whenever the participant records a new verified personal best.

Only the participant's highest verified score in each contest will count toward determining the winner.

There is no penalty for making an attempt that does not exceed the participant's existing score.

CourtStreaks may display participants' current scores on a public or semi-public leaderboard.

Leaderboard standings displayed during the Promotion Period are provisional and may change following verification, review, disqualification, or correction of an invalid submission.

A participant who holds the highest score at any point during the Promotion Period is not necessarily the final winner.

The final winners will be determined after the Promotion Period has ended and Sponsor has completed its final verification process.

Participants may not:

• Submit another person's performance as their own;
• Alter, manipulate, splice, or otherwise falsify video;
• Use artificially generated or fabricated footage;
• Submit duplicate performances;
• Create multiple accounts to obtain additional eligibility;
• Attempt to register multiple times to obtain additional eligibility or to inflate the 1,000-user activation threshold;
• Circumvent CourtStreaks' verification procedures;
• Use bots, scripts, automated systems, or other unauthorized technology;
• Interfere with another participant's performance;
• Attempt to manipulate the leaderboard; or
• Engage in any conduct that Sponsor reasonably determines undermines the integrity of the Promotion.

Any such conduct may result in immediate disqualification and cancellation of all associated scores.

Sponsor may also suspend or terminate the participant's CourtStreaks account where permitted by the CourtStreaks Terms of Service.

The Promotion ends 30 days after the 1,000th eligible user registers, as determined by Sponsor's official records.

After the Promotion Period ends, no new qualifying streaks may be established. If the contest is never activated because 1,000 eligible users do not register, prizes will not be awarded.

Sponsor will review the highest-ranking submissions for each contest.

The winner or winners of the $500 Most Consecutive Free Throws Contest will be the eligible participant or participants with the highest verified free-throw streak.

The winner or winners of the $500 Most Consecutive 3-Pointers Contest will be the eligible participant or participants with the highest verified three-point streak.

In the event of a tie, the applicable prize will be divided equally as provided in Section 17.

Sponsor may conduct additional verification of the leading submissions before officially declaring the winners.

If two or more eligible participants have the same highest verified score in either contest, the prize for that contest will be divided equally among those tied participants.

A tie in one contest does not affect the prize for the other contest. The free-throw prize will be divided only among participants tied for the highest verified free-throw streak, and the three-point prize will be divided only among participants tied for the highest verified three-point streak.

No random drawing will be used.

For example, if two eligible participants are tied for the highest verified free-throw streak, each will receive $250. If three eligible participants are tied, each will receive an equal one-third share of the $500 prize for that contest.

If the contest is activated, two prizes will be awarded:

• Most Consecutive Free Throws: One (1) $500 cash prize.
• Most Consecutive 3-Pointers: One (1) $500 cash prize.

Total maximum prize value: $1,000.

Prizes will be awarded only if the contest is activated, meaning 1,000 eligible app users have registered with CourtStreaks.

A participant may win both prizes.

No prize substitution is permitted except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned.

All federal, state, and local taxes and other expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Potential winners will be notified using the email address or other contact information associated with their CourtStreaks account.

A potential winner may be required to:

• Confirm eligibility;
• Provide legal name and mailing address;
• Provide proof of identity and age;
• Complete and return any required affidavit or declaration of eligibility;
• Provide any required tax documentation; and
• Complete any other documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 5 calendar days, fails to provide required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may disqualify the potential winner and proceed to the next-highest eligible verified score.

Prizes may constitute taxable income to the recipient.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from receipt of the prize.

Sponsor may be required to collect taxpayer identification information and report prize payments to the Internal Revenue Service or other governmental authorities as required by law.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, username, photograph, likeness, city/state, score, and statements concerning the Promotion for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor will not be required to use a winner's name or likeness.

By participating, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, and service providers from claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, except to the extent prohibited by law.

This includes claims relating to:

• Technical failures;
• Internet or cellular service interruptions;
• Lost or corrupted submissions;
• Equipment failures;
• Court closures;
• Weather or other conditions affecting participation;
• Unauthorized access;
• Errors in data transmission; and
• Other matters beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, security issues, legal requirements, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion.

If Sponsor modifies the Promotion, Sponsor will provide notice through the CourtStreaks platform or other reasonable means.

Sponsor will not modify the fundamental prize structure or eligibility requirements in a manner that unfairly disadvantages participants except where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or protect the integrity of the Promotion.

Information collected in connection with the Promotion will be handled in accordance with the CourtStreaks Privacy Policy, except as otherwise specifically stated in these Official Rules.

Participants should review the CourtStreaks Privacy Policy before participating.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, participation in the Promotion constitutes agreement that disputes arising out of or relating to the Promotion will be resolved pursuant to the dispute-resolution provisions contained in the CourtStreaks Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction's law is mandatorily applicable.

These Official Rules will be made available through the CourtStreaks website and/or application throughout the Promotion Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographical or administrative errors in these Official Rules.

After the winners have been verified and officially declared, the names or usernames of the winners may be made available through CourtStreaks.
